This practically focussed 2 day program provides contract managers with the skills and tools necessary to effectively manage significant contracts. The program embraces the environment in which contracts operate, the critical start up phase of the contract, effectively planning and communicating with contractors, the issues of managing and monitoring contract performance and importantly managing under under-performing contractors. Participants in this program are also provided with a number of useful tools and templates that can be used back in the workplace to enhance their contract management. This is a program that cannot be missed by anyone involved in managing significant contracts.
