This is an interactive learning program that over 2 days will enhance your negotiation skills and enable you to become a highly skilled contract negotiator. The program provides you with a structured framework to use in planning and conducting contract negotiations that will enable you to maintain control of the situation and achieve superior outcomes. This very practical 'hands on' program, run by genuine professional negotiators, not just people who train, also includes an exploration of the human condition and how to persuade and influence others to your point of view. Importantly the program will assist you in dealing with difficult and potentially hostile negotiations. Not to be missed.

Whilst this program is listed as non-accredited, any of our professional development courses can be tailored to include assessment to gain nationally recognised units of competency, if required. These training courses are generally offered on an in-house arrangement to ensure content is targeted, delivery can be contextualised and scheduled to meet your specific requirements.
